Introducing Holiday HQ – Sherpa Kids Exciting New School Holiday Experience!
Starting this October Mid Term, our school holiday programmes are transitioning to Holiday HQ!
We’re excited to unveil Holiday HQ—a programme designed with families in mind, incorporating feedback from parents and guardians. You’ll now have complete visibility into the activities and events your children will enjoy every day throughout our Holiday programmes.
Endorsed by families across Australia, New Zealand, and UK, Holiday HQ introduces a new theme for each holiday club, ensuring a vibrant mix of activities each day.
Holiday HQ is the ultimate destination for children seeking an unforgettable break from their school routine. With thrilling outdoor adventures, sports, STEM activities, creative workshops, cooking classes, and interactive learning sessions, our expert team delivers a blend of engaging and enriching experiences.
Our daily schedule mixes planned activities with opportunities for children to share their own ideas, making each day filled with fun and memorable experiences.
Explore Our Holiday HQ Experiences:
Each week features a Special Event and a Make and Take session, allowing children to take home the joy and memories of camp. Additionally, with two unique Daily Themed Activities tailored to the day’s theme, every day offers fresh and imaginative experiences that guarantee plenty of fun.
â Special Events: Children will enjoy unique performances, games, and activities brought directly to them by expert facilitators. From epic dance parties, welcoming special guests and sports sessions to hands-on cooking fun, each week offers a new and exciting adventure.
đ Make and Take: Children will create unique projects to take home as Holiday HQ souvenirs! Whether it’s arts and crafts, DIY science experiments, or designing their own t-shirt, each creation becomes a treasured keepsake.
đ Daily Themed Activities: Each day, children embark on a new adventure with our themed activities. Every school holiday revolves around a central theme, introducing fresh and engaging experiences daily. Two standout activities related to the day’s theme ensure that children remain engaged and entertained.

Booking Information
- Fill out our online registration for by providing your child's details and selecting the service you're interested via Eccesoft: https://app.eccesoftware.com/externalEnquiries.aspx?BranchID=NTM5NQ%3d%3d
Once we receive your online registration form, we'll send you another Form which collects detailed information about your child and booking preferences. Simply fill out and return by email to us.
- Once we receive your forms, we will verify our availability and confirm your booking via email.
If your child is already registered for Sherpa Kids Holiday Programmes, there's no need to register them again. Simply contact your local Sherpa Kids with your preferred dates, and our friendly team will promptly confirm availability and complete the booking for you.

Affordable Childcare – National Childcare Scheme!
We accept the NCS across all our programmes, including the Holiday HQ. Starting from September, each child is entitled to a minimum of €2.14 per hour, providing additional affordability options for our programmes. We highly encourage parents to apply for the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) after receiving their booking confirmation.
